How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed, we send you an order confirmation email with your order number. You can also see your order anytime in My Account. When your order is dispatched, we share the shipping details with you on WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Pay Online via Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking) and Cash on Delivery.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes — Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders across India.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Shipping is FREE across India with no minimum order value — the total shown at checkout is exactly what you pay.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes — creating an account is required to place an order. It keeps your order details safe and helps our delivery partner steer clear of fake orders, so your parcel reaches you without any trouble.

We ship across India, and shipping is free on every order. All orders are dispatched from Kota, Rajasthan.

We do not promise a fixed number of days — the expected delivery for your order is confirmed at checkout, and again on WhatsApp once it ships.
How do I return something?
